There was a little bit of confusion of where to meet the driver, however that was easily sorted. And our lovely driver was also happy to use WhatsApp, seeing we didn't have a Dutch SIM card. Top notch human being, he was. Because immigration processing took longer than expected (2 hours) we were asked for a waiting fee, which was a bit expensive at €30, and we would have liked to have been informed clearly about this before booking, but because it was our mistake, we paid without issue.
